If you change your personal information

Should your personal information change after your registration, please contact Billetto’s customer support: support@billetto.dk, or telephone number +45 71993882.

If you get a new e-mail address, please contact the customer support as well.

It is important that we have the correct e-mail address registered since important information relevant to the contestants will be sent to that specific e-mail.

Remember to provide your booking number during any inquiry to the customer support. The booking number is listed on your forwarded ticket.

Giving away the Bib number

It is possible to give your ordered bib number to another contestant, – because of i.e. injury, cancellation etc.

Contact Billetto’s customer support, and you will then be able to hand over your bib number.

Note that there is a fee of DKK 100 when making these changes. The exchange rate is approx. € 1 = DKK 7.45.

The use of other contestants’ bib numbers leads to disqualification.
